Cuando los inversores de capital riesgo revisan tu presentaci\u00f3n, la diapositiva del equipo es donde se detienen y piensan: &quot;\u00bfDe verdad puede este grupo tener \u00e9xito?&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanto si est\u00e1s empezando como si ya est\u00e1s cobrando impulso, contar con el equipo adecuado es uno de los factores m\u00e1s importantes para atraer capital. Aqu\u00ed te explicamos c\u00f3mo construir un equipo y una cultura que capten la atenci\u00f3n de los inversores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contrataciones clave que atraen a los inversores<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante el taller organizado por Dream City en colaboraci\u00f3n con Innoventure Iowa, el mensaje fue claro:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quiz\u00e1s necesites contratar a alguien que creas que te brindar\u00e1 las habilidades necesarias para crecer. As\u00ed que quiz\u00e1s necesites un director de ventas a tiempo completo o un experto en marketing a tiempo completo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No necesitas un equipo enorme. Necesitas el equipo adecuado. Los inversores buscan fundadores que se preocupen por cubrir las necesidades de habilidades. Los equipos m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidos en las etapas iniciales suelen contar con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un cofundador t\u00e9cnico o un desarrollador fuerte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alguien que sabe c\u00f3mo vender o aumentar los ingresos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un l\u00edder que puede comunicar la visi\u00f3n y ejecutarla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si eres un fundador en solitario, no hay problema. Simplemente ten claro a qui\u00e9n necesitas incorporar y c\u00f3mo lo har\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construyendo un equipo de startup resiliente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tener los t\u00edtulos adecuados en una diapositiva no es suficiente. Los inversores de capital riesgo observan c\u00f3mo tu equipo trabaja en conjunto y gestiona la presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos gusta ver fundadores con experiencia, fundadores que ya han salido del mercado. Eso nos ayuda a comprender que esta inversi\u00f3n puede no ser tan arriesgada... Pero tambi\u00e9n hay fundadores fant\u00e1sticos que salen de la universidad y son igual de tenaces.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto es lo que importa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tenacidad. \u00bfPodr\u00e1 tu equipo perseverar en los altibajos?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qu\u00edmica. \u00bfTrabajan bien juntos?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claridad. \u00bfTienen todos claro su rol y responsabilidad?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y si a\u00fan no tienes toda la experiencia, aprovecha tu red de contactos. Crea un consejo asesor. Busca mentores que ya lo hayan hecho y est\u00e9n dispuestos a guiar a tu equipo. Eso demuestra madurez y visi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uso de incubadoras y aceleradores<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No todos los inversores esperan que tengas todo resuelto desde el primer d\u00eda. Ah\u00ed es donde entran en juego las incubadoras y aceleradoras. Ofrecen mentor\u00eda, estructura y, a veces, capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si eres un fundador nuevo, pero ya has pasado por el Acelerador Global de Seguros\u2026 \u00a1es una gran noticia! Confiamos mucho m\u00e1s en ti y en tu capacidad para lograr resultados.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Programas como estos refuerzan tu credibilidad y te dan acceso a redes que de otro modo ser\u00edan dif\u00edciles de acceder.
