Caleb Wilson is the President of SouthGate Companies, a commercial real estate investment and property management firm based in Iowa City, Iowa. Under his leadership, the company manages over $100 million in commercial real estate assets, with a strong focus on multifamily properties. Guided by optimism, values, and faith, Caleb is dedicated to achieving success through hard work, versatility, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Before becoming President in 2021, Caleb served as Chief Financial Officer (2016–2021), overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, and investment analysis. His career began with roles in finance and tax consulting at Reliant Long Term Care, Deloitte, and Rockwell Collins, where he honed his skills in process improvement and financial management.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Caleb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Iowa – Henry B. Tippie College of Business. Beyond real estate, he has supported his wife’s business, Britt Wilson Photography, as a business manager. His expertise in process improvement, software efficiency, and Excel reflects his commitment to innovation and excellence in both business and community endeavors.
