With over 21 years of experience at the company, she has played a key role in its growth and success. As Corporate Director of Operations since 2014, Sara has ensured consistent training and high standards across both corporate and franchise locations. Her leadership focuses on streamlining operations, developing policies, and supporting store openings and management teams.

Beyond retail, Sara co-owns Sundblad Properties LLC, managing rental properties in the Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty areas.
